Our story

We kept seeing the same thing: When a company was trying to scale or transform, success nearly always came down to one thing — strength at the top.

That insight is the foundation Vasari is built on: the leadership team shapes everything that happens in a company.

Get it wrong, and everything starts to feel reactive and painful. Scaling proves difficult and it becomes hard to make changes. But get it right, and the business runs smoothly — with every part firing on all cylinders.

But here’s the thing: scaling or transforming a company is harder than anyone tells you.

You need a group of top leaders who don’t just perform individually, but operate as a real team — one whose collective impact is far greater than the sum of its parts. You also need clear strategy, and the right people in the right roles to steer the company through the chaos of growth and change.

We bring over 30 years of experience in the games and technology space — including six years working together as CEO and Chief People Officer, leading a games studio through growth, transformation, and everything in between.
