Alice is a senior people leader with over a decade of leadership experience in games and tech — built on earlier roles across pharma, retail, sport and the public sector. She has led through scale-ups, restructures, and cultural transformations, and brings a practical, human approach to leadership.

At Bossa, she built the People function from scratch before stepping into the Chief People Officer role. There, she helped transition the company to a fully remote model, restructured the senior leadership team alongside the CEO, and rolled out a new strategy and culture that drove high engagement and strong retention through change.

At Jagex, she worked closely with the executive team following an acquisition and new CEO appointment — supporting the formation of a refreshed leadership team and leading on company-wide leadership development.

Alice brings deep experience in aligning people strategy with business goals, embedding into exec teams, and driving sustainable culture change. She’s also an ICF-trained coach, helping leaders show up with clarity, confidence and impact.
